Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to Reedy's marketing website and the "Join Waitlist" program. It does not govern the Reedy desktop product or related apps, which have their own processing when you use them.
Data We Collect
- Join Waitlist. Work email; optional job role when the form asks for it; an internal product interest flag for this marketing waitlist (Reedy); optional consent to receive occasional updates and news about Reedy; and the page path / form variant you used to sign up (stored as a short text value to understand where signups come from). After you submit, we may send a transactional confirmation email and an internal notification to our team.
- Cookie consent preference. Your Accept all / Reject all choice is stored in your browser (
reedy_cookie_consentin localStorage) so we can remember it. See our Cookies Policy. - Operational logs. Minimal technical logs from our hosting provider to ensure security and reliability.
- Optional analytics. If you choose Accept all, we load Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to collect aggregated traffic and performance metrics. These scripts are not loaded if you choose Reject all.
Why We Use Your Data (Lawful Bases)
- Steps prior to a contract / request handling. To process your early-access waitlist request and send a transactional confirmation email.
- Consent. Optional newsletter / product updates when you tick the marketing checkbox (you can unsubscribe at any time).
- Consent. Optional analytics (Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights) when you select Accept all on the cookie banner.
- Legitimate interests. To keep our site secure and operate hosting logs needed for reliability.
Retention
- Waitlist data: kept until you unsubscribe or after 24 months of inactivity (whichever comes first).
- Cookie consent preference: about 12 months, then we ask again.
- Analytics: when enabled, metrics are collected in aggregate form and not stored by us as identifiable waitlist profiles.

We do not sell your data. Each provider processes data only as necessary to deliver their service and under contractual obligations consistent with GDPR.
International Transfers
Where processing involves infrastructure outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) offered by our vendors.
Artificial intelligence
This marketing website does not use AI systems to profile you or make automated decisions about your waitlist data. The Reedy product (meeting copilot) involves AI when you use that app; that processing is separate from this site.
Your Rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing. To exercise your rights, contact hola@alamedadev.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
